For thirteen years I have been running a Certificate course in Flower Essence Therapy. In this time it has grown and become accredited for both in-class and via distance eduction. By completing the one course students receive a Certificate in Flower Essence Therapy and Holistic Counselling. Course Accreditation
The course has been accredited with the Australian Healer's Association as follows:
- One modality in Flower Essence Therapy
- One modality in Holistic Counselling
- 200 hours accrued towards the total hours (250) required for membership
Assessment
There are four assignments to be completed. The two flower essence assignments will take a total of 70 hours to complete. The two assignments for the Egan Model of Counselling will take approximately 10 hours each to complete. Prior to completing the Personal Skills assignment students will be expected to complete 30 hours of Counselling practice time that will be recorded and submitted in a Log Book. The test is completed at the last session for in-class students and after the completion of all assignments and bookwork for correspondence students. It consists of three sections and is a closed book exam. Section A is short answer. Section B multiple choice. Section C case studies.
Grading
For written assignments students will recieve either a pass or re-submit. The exam is out of 100 points and a pass is awarded to those who gain 50% or higher. Results will be recorded on students Statement of Results. Certificates will be awarded for the successful completion of both components.

The correspondence course can be begun at anytime but ideally completed within tweleve months.
