Having started my career as a teacher and firmly believing that knowledge empowers us to take charge of our lives because without awareness we can't change anything, sharing knowledge is paramount. All courses I conduct aim to challenge, empower and expand each of us from wherever we are to wherever we are wanting to go. It needs to be said that I am both a perfectionist and passionate as this reflects in the kind of courses I create both accredited and for personal development. Because of this I am always developing things and adding to the courses I run as life evolves before me.

It also needs to said that my aim is to help each of you find your own truth and self-expression. So if you want to do a course that lets you be yourself and you are willing to challenge that then I may just have something to offer you. If you need lots of rules and absolutes about how we are who we are then I may be too flexible for you.
